Step 1: When you arrive at a partner restaurant, inform the representative/staff while placing your order.

Step 2:  Provide your registered mobile number to the restaurant representative/ staff.

Step 3: You will receive a Coupon Code on your registered mobile number in form of OTP.

Step 4: Share the Coupon Code with the restaurant representative and place your order.

The Phoenix Gourmet Club Membership and its Members are governed by the terms and conditions listed below and as part of the Membership Program. Phoenix Gourmet Club, herein after referred to as the 'Program', is valid at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla – Mumbai, herein after referred to as 'Mall", as specified.

MEMBERSHIP

• Phoenix Gourmet Club discounts, benefits and certificates are valid at only select participating merchant outlets.
• Phoenix Gourmet Club is open only to individuals above the age of 18 years (no groups, associations or corporations can enroll as members).
• The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
• Membership is non-transferable and has no cash value. All benefits are honored through to the date (inclusive) on the membership card.
• The membership is valid for use only by the member himself/herself.
• The total amount of membership fee is refundable, provided the membership has not been used and the member requests for a refund within one weeks of acceptance of the membership.
• Multiple cards, codes or discounts cannot be clubbed together on a single bill.

DINING

• The member is entitled to the discounts on the total food bill, excluding government taxes, service charge.
• For availing the benefits under the Phoenix Gourmet Club Program, Member needs to inform the outlet representative before placing the order.
• Dining discounts may not be available for discounted offers, special promotions, selected menus, festivals / national holidays, 24 Dec, 25 Dec and 31 Dec. The member should check when booking to ensure the dining benefit is available on such dates.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

• The member must state that they wish to utilize the certificate before the billing is done.
• The benefits as given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated.
• All certificates enclosed in the membership pack are for one-time usage only, have to be utilized in full and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
• Blackout dates apply on use of the certificates.

GENERAL TERMS

• The mall reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the participating merchant partners, benefits, rules, terms and conditions, duration of program or close the program at any time, with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on members of the program.
• The mall reserves the right to reject any membership request without assigning a reason or not offer the card benefits during any special promotion or event.
• Membership of the Program entitles the Mall to update and retain information provided by the member in the Mall database. As a member, you have agreed that the Program and Mall may, from time to time, send you information regarding your membership, benefits and about the Mall or Program partners by email, sms or calls.
• The Mall disclaims all or any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, users, or by human or technical errors related to the program or benefits.

FREE 4-WHEELER PARKING

• This certificate entitles the bearer to free parking for a 4-wheeler, on weekdays (Monday -Friday) and for up to a maximum of 3 hours. Any additional time of parking will be chargeable as per the parking rules.
• Not valid on Weekends & National / Bank/ Special or any other holidays.
• Only 1 certificate can be availed in a month.
• Present a valid certificate at the time of exit from the parking.
• Partial redemption of the certificate is not allowed, certificate has to be redeemed in full,.
• Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost certificates will not be replaced.
• Mall Management reserves the right to terminate this offer / scheme in case of violation of any terms & conditions. Mall Parking rules apply.

The Phoenix Gourmet Club Program is a privilege subscription which entitles offers & discounts on participating Food & Beverages brands at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla Mumbai.

2. Where can I use this membership?

Membership can be used only in the participating Food & Beverages brands located only at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla Mumbai.

3. How does the membership work? 

Customer needs to share the registered mobile number with the restaurant person. The person will check the validity of the membership and generate coupon code for the customer and send it to his/her mobile for verification.

4. Are there any charges for using this membership?

Yes. There are two membership options - Silver package for Rs. 500 & Gold package for Rs.1000 - valid for one year.

5. Where can I get a Phoenix Gourmet Club membership?

The Phoenix Gourmet Club membership can be purchased at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla, Mumbai from the Program Desks available at Mall Entrance 2 and Food Court.

6. What is the validity of the membership?

The validity of the membership is 1 year from the date of purchase.

7. Is there any fee for renewal of the membership?

For the Phoenix Gourmet Club membership to be active, customers will be required to subscribe to it every year by paying the renewal/subscription fees.

8. How many people can use a single card?

On a single visit, maximum of 12 pax can avail of the card benefits on a single bill/table.

9. Is there a limit on the number of times a member can use the membership?

There is no limit on using the membership. A customer can use the membership as many times as he/she wants in the entire year. However, the card can be used only once a day at a specific restaurant.

10. Are the offers valid on food and all beverages?

Each restaurant has exclusive benefits on food & beverages for the Phoenix Gourmet Club members. We suggest you to confirm with the restaurant representative on the offer before placing your order.

11. Can we combine two memberships or codes at a single restaurant?

No two memberships or codes can be combined together.

12. Can you buy more than one membership?

You can buy one membership against one unique mobile number.
