1. What is Phoenix Gourmet Card?
The Phoenix Gourmet Card is a privilege subscription card which entitles offers & discounts on participating Food & Beverages brands settled at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla Mumbai.
2. Where can I use the card?
Card can be used only in the participating Food & Beverages brands located only at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla Mumbai.
3. How does the card work?
Customer needs to show the card & share the registered mobile number with the restaurant person. The person will check the validity of the card and generate coupon code for the customer and send it to his/her mobile for verification.
4. Are there any charges for using this card?
As it is a privilege membership card, the cost for the same is Rs. 1,499 for a year.
5. Where can I get a Phoenix Gourmet card?
Customers can buy the Phoenix Gourmet Card from the Kiosk opposite Zara on Ground Floor at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla Mumbai. Alternatively, customers can even buy the membership card online through Phoenix Marketcity’s authorised partner, Boomer, or via other marketplaces where Phoenix Gourmet Card might be available.
6. What is the validity of the card?
The validity of the card is 1 year from the date of issue.
7. Is there any fee for renewal of the card?
For the Phoenix Gourmet Card to be active, customers will be required to subscribe to it every year by paying the renewal/subscription fees.
8. How many people can use a single card?
On a single visit, maximum of 12 pax can avail of the card benefits on a single bill/table.
9. Is there a limit on the number of times a member can use the card?
There is no limit on using the card. A customer can use the card as many times as he/she wants in the whole year. However, the card can be used only once a day at a specific restaurant.
10. Is there an upper limit on the discount that a member can avail?

11. Are the offers valid on food and all beverages?
Each restaurant has exclusive benefits on food & beverages for the Phoenix Gourmet Card members. We suggest you to confirm with the restaurant representative on the offer before placing your order.
12. Can we club two cards or codes at a single restaurant?
No two cards or codes can be clubbed together.
13. Does the customer have to carry Gourmet Card at all times while availing the offer?
This is a digital program and thus, the member will not be given a physical card. The member can share the registered mobile number with the restaurant respresentative to avail the card benefits.
14. Can you buy more than one card?
You can buy one card against one legitimate mobile number.
